Chicken breast 300g
White vinegar 2tbsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Mix pickle spices 1tbsp
Red chili crushed 1tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder pinch
Gram flour 3tbsp
Corn flour 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Egg (beaten) ½
Oil for deep fry
Cut chicken in 2 inches long strips.
Add vinegar, black pepper powder, mix pickle spices, red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt in chicken strips. Set a side for 30 minutes.
Now include gram flour, corn flour and egg in marinade chicken. Mix well.
Heat up oil in wok and put one by one chicken strips in oil.
Deep fry at medium flame until golden brown.
Place on absorbing paper to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with imili sauce........
